Purposes of data processing through the responsible entity and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Data Protection Declaration. No transmission of your personal data to third parties takes place for reasons other than for the stated purposes. We forward your personal data on to third parties if:

  • You have issued your express consent to do so
  • The processing is necessary for the processing of a contract with you
  • The processing is required for the fulfilment of a legal obligation

The processing is required to preserve authorised interests and there are no grounds for the assumption that you have an overriding interest warranting protection for not forwarding your data.

Deletion or blocking of the data

Use of Google Maps

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on several of our websites. The operator of the appropriate plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a website with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is produced. In this way, YouTube is informed which website you are visiting. If you a logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can personally assign your surfing characteristics to you. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account in advance.

If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies which collect information on user characteristics.

Those who have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program will also not receive such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube places non-personal usage information in other cookies too. If you want to prevent this, you must block the saving of cookies in your browser.
